Due to the renovation of the Central Library this service has been put on hold, but it will resume once the Library project is completed.

The Whittier Public Library provides searches of Whittier Daily News obituaries archived on microfilm for one week following the date of death. In the case of an article search, the date of the article must be known. Please submit a completed form for each name or article you would like searched. For an obituary search, the full name and exact date of death must be included.

To initiate a search for either an obituary or an article on microfilm, print and fill out the following form:
